Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Some documents can be notarized entirely online, over a secure audio and video session, with no in-person meeting, for signers anywhere in Wisconsin. It’s a convenient option if you’re outside my in-person area, homebound, or simply short on time. You and I both need to be located in Wisconsin at the time of signing. I’ll verify your identity through the platform and guide you through the signing on screen.
Note: RON isn’t available for every document type, so reach out and I’ll confirm whether your document qualifies.
How fees work
Mobile notary fees have two parts: the notarial acts themselves, and the travel to reach you. That’s why the total depends on what you need notarized, how many signatures and stamps are involved, where you are, and when, since loan signings and after-hours appointments are priced differently than a single daytime acknowledgment.
