Terms of Use
This website is provided for general information about my notary services. I work to keep it accurate and current, but I make no warranty that the content is complete or free of errors, and I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Links to other websites are offered for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Notary Disclaimer
I am a notary public commissioned in the State of Wisconsin. I am not an attorney, and I cannot give legal advice, prepare or draft legal documents, or tell you which document you need or how to complete it. A notarization confirms the identity of the signer and that the signature was made willingly. It does not verify or approve the contents of a document.
Consistent with Wisconsin law and notary standards, I may decline to perform a notarization, including when a signer cannot present valid identification, does not appear to understand the act, or does not appear to be signing willingly. Fees are provided by quote before your appointment, and certain notarial fees may be set by Wisconsin law.
